1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
2. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel.
3. Wrap each scallop with one strip of bacon and skewer with a toothpick.
4. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
6. Mix last five ingredients together for dipping sauce.
