Grill once, enjoy twice. Make two meals when you fire up the grill for dinner and grill extra chicken for the next day. Then add roasted baby potatoes and green beans for a fresh-tasting and filling salad.

1. Arrange chicken, green beans, baby bakers, eggs and onions over a bed of lettuce.

2. Drizzle salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a squeeze of lemon.

3. Season to taste and serve.

Tip: For additional boost of flavor include fresh chopped dill or parsley.
