One Pot Garlic Shrimp Tortellini

Try this one pot meal that combines seasoned shrimp, tender asparagus spears and tortellini. It’s a delicious meal that’s easy to make and quick to clean up. 



1. Prepare tortellini in a large pot, according to package directions, drain and set aside. 

2. Preheat oil in the same large pot over medium heat. 

3. Add shrimp and asparagus, sauté 7½ - 8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently.

4. Blend in tortellini, basil and pepper then serve.
