1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Stir in rice with ¼ cup water, cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes.
3. Add pineapple, peppers and onions. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Blend in shrimp and teriyaki sauce. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve.
