Tropical Pineapple Sundae

This dessert will soon be your favorite combination of flavors, with pineapple, caramel, cashew, cherry and vanilla. 



1. Slice pineapple in half lengthwise, removing and discarding the core.

2. Carve a bowl out of pineapple halves by removing the fruit.

3. Cut pineapple into medium-dice chunks.

4. Divide ice cream into pineapple bowls.

5. Top with pineapple chunks and serve.

Tip: Try adding a drizzle of chocolate or caramel topping for an extra-indulgent sundae. For entertaining ease, pre-scoop ice cream and place on a cold plate or cookie sheet in the freezer.
