1. Place ingredients in medium saucepan.
2. Stir mixture over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until sugar dissolves and comes to boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2-3 additional minutes.
4. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
5. Serve over cheesecake or place in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: Try serving over cheesecake with candied fruit. Or serve warm over chicken and pork.
