    beef base

    large carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

    cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (19-oz.)
    cannellini beans (white kidney beans), rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (28-oz.)
    crushed tomatoes in purée, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp
    Italian seasoning blend

Instructions

1. Lightly spray 5-quart slow-cooker with non-stick cooking oil.

2. Place ingredients into slow-cooker.

3. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or 4 hours on high.
