Slow-Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Stroganoff gets a makeover with lean Fire-Grilled Chicken Breast Strips and easy prep done in ten minutes. Eight hours later you’ll be spooning up a creamy, savory meal.



1. Lightly spray 3½- or 4-quart slow-cooker with non-stick cooking oil.

2. Place chicken and onions into slow-cooker.

3. Mix together soup, soy sauce, mushrooms, garlic and broth.

4. Pour mixture over chicken and onion.

5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or 4 hours on high.

6. Stir in sour cream and season five minutes prior to serving.

7. Serve stroganoff over noodles.

Tip: For easy cleanup, apply a disposable slow-cooker liner.
