1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
2. Stir mixture over medium heat until sugar dissolves and comes to simmer, 7-8 minutes.
3. Crush blueberries with the back of a spoon until lightly crushed.
4. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook 6-7 additional minutes.
5. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
6. Serve over cheesecake slices or place in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: Try serving over ice cream, chicken or pork.
