Grilled Fish Tacos with Lime Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 8 oz
    shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup
    Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small
    fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup
    thinly sliced red onions
  • 6-8-inch flour tortilla shells, grilled or heated
  • 8 oz
    guacamole

Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Drizzle oil and 1½  Tbsp. lime juice over both sides of fillets then sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt.

3. Grill cod according to package instructions.

4. Mix cabbage, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, remaining lime juice and canola oil together, season to taste.

5. Place fish in tortillas and top with cabbage slaw and guacamole.
