Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Kabobs with Apricot Glaze

Smoky bacon-wrapped shrimp get a flavor boost from the sweet flavor of apricot glaze.



Preheat grill on medium heat.
Wrap a bacon piece around middle of each shrimp.
Thread bacon ends through Skewer to avoid unraveling.
Grill 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
Rotate ¼ turn, every 1-2 minutes.
Brush kebabs with jam during the last 1-2 minutes of grilling.
Serve remaining glaze on the side.
