Grilled Salmon with Lemon Asparagus

Our full 1 lb skin-on salmon fillet creates the perfect and impressive meal for the grill when paired with asparagus spears.



  • 1
    SIGNATURE™ Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon (504), thawed
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1
    lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup
    white wine
  • 4 tsp
    capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat grill on medium-high heat.

2. Spray a long foil piece, double the length of salmon, with cooking spray.

3. Place asparagus in a row in middle of foil.

4. Rub both sides of salmon with oil. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Place salmon over asparagus.

6. Top salmon and remaining ingredients. Seal closed.

7. Place on grill and cook 13-16 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.

8. Serve salmon in foil or transfer to a large platter.
