Pork is easy to love on its own, but the pairing of a mint sauce takes it to the next level.



1. Pulse mint and parsley in blender until finely chopped.

2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, capers, salt, pepper and sugar than process to combine.

3. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with pork.
