Ingredients

  • SALAD:
  • 2 cups
    Fire-Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (496), thawed and chopped
  • 4 cups
    chopped butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup
    cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup
    kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup
    cucumber, seeded & diced
  • 1/2 cup
    crumbled feta cheese
  • DRESSING:
  • 5 oz.
    red pepper hummus
  • 1/4 cup
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    sesame oil

Instructions

1. Combine salad ingredients together.

2. Whisk together hummus, olive oil, vinegar, and sesame oil.

3. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
