Instructions

1. Place beef, pepper, onions, 3 tsp Italian seasoning and crushed peppers into a slow cooker.

2. Covered and cook 3- 3 ½ hours on low heat or until heated through.

3. Blend coleslaw mix, remaining Italian seasoning, pepperoncini peppers and liquid,

4. Top rolls with beef mixture and coleslaw.

Tip: Great topped with Monterey Pepper Jack cheese
