Italian Beef Sandwiches with Pepperoncini Slaw

You will need two hands for this Italian style slow cooked Philly beef bursting with fire grilled peppers and crunchy coleslaw.




1. Place beef, pepper, onions, 1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning and crushed peppers into a slow cooker.

2. Covered and cook 3- 3 ½ hours on low heat or until heated through.

3. Blend coleslaw mix, remaining Italian seasoning, pepperoncini peppers and liquid,

4. Top rolls with beef mixture and coleslaw.

Tip: Great topped with Monterey Pepper Jack cheese
