Italian Seasoned Chops with Cucumber Yogurt Slaw

Succulent pork chops created in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    each thyme, basil, minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 4
    SIGNATURE™ Boneless Pork Loin Chops (393), thawed
  • 1 cup
    plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1
    seedless cucumber, sliced into half moons
  • 1
    green onion, sliced

Instructions

Mix olive oil with thyme, basil, garlic and sugar. Rub over both sides of chops.

Prepare seasoned chops according to package directions.

Mix yogurt, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Add sliced cucumber and green onions.

Serve sauce with chops.
