salt, sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
Preheat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté 19-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
Add cherries, juice, vinegar, chipotle peppers, preserves and garlic into skillet.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.
Spoon glaze over chicken and serve.
