Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Bake bread cubes on baking sheet, stirring once, until dried, 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside

4. Sauté sausage, celery and apples in large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes.

5. Add kale blend and 1/4 cup water. Cook 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

6. Blend mixture with bread, broth, thyme, salt and pepper.

7. Place dressing into 2 quart baking dish.

8. Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until heated through
