Brussels Sprouts with Warm Bacon Dressing

This go-to side dish has all the perfect combinations of sweet, salty crispy and delicious.



1. Prepare bacon in large skillet over medium heat (6-8 minutes) or until crisp.

2. Transfer to paper towels. Remove all but 2 Tbsp. of bacon drippings in skillet.

3. Return skillet to heat, stir in vinegar, sugar and mustard.

4. Continue to cook 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, or until mixture reduces by half,

5. Prepare Brussels sprouts according to package directions.

6. Pour mixture over sprouts, add half of bacon bits than tossing to coat.

7. Top with remaining bacon. Serve immediately.
