Ciabatta Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup

Grilled cheese sticks with soup shooters make the perfect party appetizer combo.

Instructions

1. Spread mayonnaise over sliced sides of Ciabatta rolls.

2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick large skillet over medium heat.

3. Place 4 rolls in skillet mayonnaise side down.

4. Top each with two cheese slices and pepper to taste. Place other half of rolls on top, cut side up.

5. Cook 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

6. Flip sandwich over and gently press down.

7. Add remaining butter and continue to cook until golden brown.

8. Slice each roll lengthwise into thirds and serve.

Tips: Pour soup into small jar/glass halfway and pair with one stick of grilled cheese.
