Compound butter is a delicious addition to serve with seafood, meat, pastas, or breads.


  • Basic Herb Compound Butter
  • unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp
    fresh garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1-3 Tbsp
    fresh herbs (parsely, thyme, tarragon)
  • Cilantro-Lime Compound Butter


Melt butter in small saucepan over medium low heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with crab.

Tip: Refrigerated up to 1 week or freezer for a month.
