Apricot Relish - Blend together diced red bell pepper and red onion, apricot preserves, fresh lemon juice and cayenne pepper in saucepan, then simmer 10 minutes.
Bacon Sauerkraut - Mix together sauerkraut, sliced yellow onion, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, pepper and diced Schwan’s Fully Cooked Bacon Slices (811).
Corn and Black Bean Salsa - Blend together olive oil, diced red onion, diced red bell peppers, black beans, Schwan’s Super Sweet Corn (773), garlic salt, black pepper and lime juice.
Bacon Jam - Sauté sliced red onion, add ½ cup each water and sugar, then cook until thicken. Next stir in chopped Schwan’s Fully Cooked Bacon Slices (811) then serve.
Spicy Jack Brats with Peppers and Onions - Top with Schwan’s Roasted Peppers and Onions (761), shredded pepper jack cheese and sliced jalapeno peppers.
