This tender and juicy steak topped with arugula and caramelized onions make the perfect sandwich.



1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
2. Season steaks liberally with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Grill steak to desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Mix together mustard and mayo. Spread over bottom and top cut halves of bread.
5. Layer with arugula, onions, and tomatoes. Slice steak into strips and place over toppings.
6. Cover with the top bread half, slice into quarters and serve.
