1. Warm apricot and mango chutney sauce (included in pkg)
2. Chili Aioli (spicy mayo)
¾ c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp minced garlic
2½ Tbp. lime juice
¾ tsp. chili seasoning
Whisk ingredients together. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Place in small bowl and serve.
3. Ginger Soy
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp green onions, sliced thinly
¼ tsp garlic, minced
Whisk soy, water, sugar, ginger, garlic and oil together. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Place in small bowl and sprinkle with green onion.
