Try this south of the border slightly spicy and hearty slow cooked soup.



  • 1 can (15oz)
    black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (10oz)
    Mexican style chunky tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/4 cup
    cilantro, chopped


1. Add ingredients into a medium sized slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

3. Season to taste and serve.

Tip: Topped with sliced jalapenos, sour cream and shredded cheese for extra flavor
