An excellent way to add Omega 3's to your diet, a delicious salmon burger for lunch, dinner or a nutrient-packed snack! 


  • 1 cup
    ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced chipotle chilies in adobe sauce
  • 2 lg
    sliced tomatoes
  • 1
    avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup
    finely diced red onions
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4
    Salmon Burger (561), prepared according to package instructions
  • 4
    Kaiser Roll,sliced
  • 4
    lettuce leaves


1. Blend ranch and chipotle and set aside

2. Chop one tomato and slice the other.

3. Mix chopped tomato, avocado, red onion, juice, oil and salt.

4. Place salmon burger over roll and top with lettuce, slice tomato, chipotle ranch.

5. Top with avocado mixture and serve.

Tip: Make extra chipotle ranch for dipping fries or wedges.
