Pork Chops with Chipotle Cherry Glaze

This sweet and spicy cherry sauce adds an incredibly flavor to our juicy bone-in pork chops.



1. Combine the salt, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pork chops.

2. Sauté chops in a large skillet over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes on each side. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.

3. Add cherries, juice, vinegar, chipotle peppers, marmalade and garlic into skillet.

4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.

5. Spoon glaze over chops and serve.
