Bring Mediterranean flavors to your table with our tasty low fat chicken bites with Greek dressing. This is a quick and healthy dinner option that's easy to prepare.


  • 1/2 pkg
    Oven Roasted Chicken Bites (494), thawed
  • 4 12"
    bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes or overnight
  • 1/2 cup
    Greek vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2
    pita bread, halved
  • 2
    Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 lg
    cucumber, seeded & diced
  • 1 small
    thinly sliced red onions


1. Preheat grill to medium.

2. Thread four chicken pieces onto each skewer and place in shallow pan.

3. Pour dressing over skewers. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

4. Grill chicken skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

5. Serve in pitas with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions
