Maple syrup and soy sauce create a delicious glaze over our “Wild Caught” Alaskan salmon.




1. Whisk together syrup, zest, soy and butter.

2. Season salmon and prepare according to package instructions.

3. Brush with glaze mixture during the last 7 minutes of cook time.

4. Serve with vegetables.

Tip: Complete the meal with rice or Asian noodles. For more spice add a Asian hot chili sauce to the glaze
