  • 2 pkgs
    taco seasoning
  • flour tortillas
  • 2
    avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup
    shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup
    shredded lettuce


1. Unwrap beef and place into small (2-3 quart) slow-cooker.

2. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, cover and cook 4 hours on low.

3. Shred roast using a fork.

4. Serve in warm tortillas topped with avocado, cheese and shredded lettuce.
