1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and place onto a large plate
3. Pour dressing into a shallow bowl.
4. Dip both sides of pork chops in ranch dressing, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
5. Place onto a foil lined bake tray.
6. Bake 35-38 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
Tip: Baking on the baking rack on top of the baking sheet gives them a crisp exterior.
