Pepper jelly is the secret ingredient in this semi-hot, sweet, smokey, salty jam.



1. Mix together all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

2. Process using a food processor until semi-smooth.

Tip: Serve on crackers or toasted bread slices.
