Instructions

 1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

2. Sauté carrots, zucchini and onions in olive oil over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes.

3. Stir tomatoes and red sauce into vegetables.

4. Bake lasagna according to Micro-Bake cooking instructions and top with Pomodoro red sauce.

5. Garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Tip: Add a pinch of brown sugar to the sauce. Goes great with the vegetables.
