Asian Pea and Noodles

Oh so good..noodles and more! Fabulous flavors when served cold, room temperature or even try it hot.




  • 1/4 cup
  • 3
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup
    hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 medium
    red pepper, sliced
  • 6
    green onions, sliced
  • 3-4 cups
    lo mein noodles, prepared
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh basil, shredded


1. Preheat oil in skillet over medium heat.

2. Sauté garlic and ginger 1-2 minutes.

3. Stir in hoisin and soy sauce and cook an additional minute.

4. Stir in peas, peppers and green onions and cook 5-7 minutes.

5. Toss with noodle and basil. Refrigerate.

 Tip: For a quick main dish, add cooked shrimp, chicken, pork or beef.
