1. Preheat oil in skillet over medium heat.
2. Sauté garlic and ginger 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir in hoisin and soy sauce and cook an additional minute.
4. Stir in peas, peppers and green onions and cook 5-7 minutes.
5. Toss with noodle and basil. Refrigerate.
Tip: For a quick main dish, add cooked shrimp, chicken, pork or beef.
