Grilled Jalapeño Chicken Fajita Bites

Every mouthful is bursting with flavors of medium-hot jalapeno peppers, creamy cheese, smoky bacon and fajita meat.



1. Preheat grill on medium-high heat.

2. Mix together the cheeses, chicken and bacon.

3. Divide filling into the jalapeno halves.

4. Grill uncovered for12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Tip: Be careful when removing the veins and seeds from the jalapeno peppers since these are the hot burning parts of the peppers. You may want to use rubber gloves.
