Start your day with layers of hot oatmeal, sweet sliced strawberries, creamy yogurt, bananas and nuts.


  • 1 packet
    no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 cup
    old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup
    fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium
    bananas, cut 1/2" pieces
  • 1 Tbsp.
    sliced almonds


1. Place strawberries and sweetener in microwave-safe dish.

2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

3. Layer parfait glass with strawberries, oatmeal, yogurt and banana.

4. Top with almonds.
