Make this hot restaurant craze at home, mini desserts are always a hit!


  • 8 oz. pkg.
    cream cheese, softened and diced
  • 2 Tbsp.
    pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup
    whipped topping
  • 1/2 bag
    Golden Fruit Blend (803), thawed and chopped
  • 1 cup
    graham cracker crumbs


1. Combine cream cheese with pineapple and stir in whipped topping.

2. Divide chopped fruit between 6 small bowls.

3. Top fruit with cream cheese mixture and 2 tsp. of graham cracker crumbs on each small bowl.

4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Tip: Garnish with maraschino cherry.
