Chicken Salad

This simple, easy to make recipe is fabulous as a spread, entrée salad or sandwich.


  • 3/4 cup
    fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup
    diced onions
  • 1 cup
    apples or grapes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Mix together ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip: Also great with dried fruits like cranberries, raisins or apricots. Serve on bread for a tasty sandwich.
