Warm sweet grilled bananas with a crunchy caramelized topping makes a great dessert next time you fire up the grill.



1. Preheat grill over medium high heat. Roll peeled bananas in sugar pressing gently to coat.

2. Grill 2 minutes while rotating to evenly caramelize on all side.

3. Melt butter, brown sugar, orange juice and simmer over medium heat until smooth.

4. Place bananas on plates, top with ice cream and drizzle with warm sauce.

Tip: Also great with other flavors of ice cream like Butter Pecan.
