Italian-Style California Blend Vegetables

Veggies and spices cook to perfection in a foil bag.  A perfect and easy side dish during your next barbeque.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag
    California Blend (764), frozen
  • 1 18 x 18 sheet
    heavy duty aluminum foil
  • 1/2 cup
    red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp.
    Italian seasoning
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1.  Preheat grill to medium.

2.  Place vegetables in single layer in center of foil.

3.  Sprinkle red pepper, onion, Italian seasoning & pepper over vegetables.

4.  Form a bundle by bring sides together and double fold ends. Do not flatten bundle; leave room for heat to circulate.

5.  Grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill.
