Pierogi and Pepper Bacon Saute

An old world favorite! This simple sauté of bacon, pierogies and our customer favorite onions and peppers is certain to take you back in time as you enjoy pure comfort food.

Instructions

1. Cut bacon into 3/4" slices. Cook bacon till crisp. Remove from pan.

2. Sauté pierogies, mushrooms, onions and peppers in bacon drippings for 6-8 minutes or until lightly brown. Stir in water.

3. To serve, top with sour cream, chives and cooked bacon.
