1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
2. Place lettuce on a platter. Arrange diced chicken in center row on the lettuce. Arrange tomato, bacon, egg and avocado in rows on either side of chicken.
3. Serve with dressing on the side (Caesar or bleu cheese salad dressing).
TIP: Mix ingredients together and layer on flour tortillas. Roll up for quick sandwich wraps.
Garnish: Top with crumbled bleu cheese.
