Quick Chicken Chili

Love chili and don't have the time to cook it all day? This recipe will be ready in less than 30 minutes and the chicken is a great alternative to beef!



  • 1/2 cup
    onions, diced
  • 1
    medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp.
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 16 oz can
    kidney beans, white or cannelloni beans (drained)
  • 1
    medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 10 oz. can
    condensed tomato soup
  • 2 tsp.
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp.
    chili powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste


1.  Sauté onions, peppers and chicken in oil over Medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2.  Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a full boil.

3.. Reduce heat and simmer an additional 10 minutes.

Tip: Serve with shredded cheese and/or sour cream if desired.
