1. Bake biscuits according to package directions.
2. Mix 2 tablespoons of butter, oats and ¼ cup of each sugar and place on top of baked biscuits. Return to oven and bake for three more minutes.
3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauce pan, add apples and remaining ¼ cup of each sugar; cook until tender.
4. Combine apple juice and cornstarch. Add to apples and simmer until sauce thickens.
5. Place biscuits on serving plates; spoon apples and caramel sauce on top and serve.
