1. Sauté onions, gingerroot and garlic in a couple tablespoons of broth for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add chicken and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
3. Add pasta and cook about 3-5 minutes
4. Stir in bok choy and peas. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes until bok choy wilts.
Tip: Add shredded carrots or your favorite mushrooms to the sauté step for additional color and flavor.
