  • 1. Run warm water over pouch for 1 minute prior to cutting open.

  • 3. Cook on high for 3 minutes and stir.
  • 4. Cook on high for 1 minute.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
