Our LiveSmart® quinoa is made of a seasoned multi-grain blend of orzo, quinoa, broccoli, red bell peppers, carrots, red & brown rice, black barley and lentils, providing 20g of whole grain per serving. No artificial flavors. No preservatives.

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Pour contents of bag into skillet and cover.
  • 3. Cook for 11-13 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • 4. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 2. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
  • 3. Stir and replace cover.
  • 4. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
