Our riced cauliflower is a vegetable alternative to traditional rice, offers 85% fewer calories than white rice and is an excellent source of vitamin C. Conveniently portioned into a microwave-ready bag. All natural.

Preparation

Time to table:* 6 minutes

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Place the frozen unopened bag in microwave with seam side up.
  • 2. Cook on high for 5 1/2 - 6 minutes.
  • NOTE: During preparation bag will slowly inflate and whistling sound may be heard. Special vents in the bag will allow steam to escape.
  • If bag has not deflated, additional cooking time may be required. Avoid overcooking.
  • 3. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners. Hold bag over dish, tear at notch and pour vegetables out.
  • CAUTION: Product will be hot!
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.
