    • Microwave Microwave
  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 1. Pour ½ bag of vegetables in microwave-safe dish and cover.
  • 2. Cook on high for 3 minutes.
  • 3. Stir vegetables and replace cover.
  • 4. Cook on high for 6 - 7 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 1. Bring ½ - 1 inch water to boil in medium saucepan.
  • 2. Pour ½ bag of vegetables into saucepan. Cover and bring to second boil.
  • 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes or until tender.
  • 4. Drain and serve. Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
